Richard founded Stratus Companies and has been an active developer and member of the Denver Metro community over the last 40 years. Richard has held various senior management capacities in the land, commercial, multi-family and homebuilding industries. Richard has greater than 2,000 single family-units, entitled over 20 subdivisions resulting in 5,000 lots and has managed significant commercial and multi-family development. Richard is responsible for overseeing all phases of the companies’ land acquisition, entitlement and growth directives.
Christian is a Colorado native with over six years of experience in the real estate industry. Christian’s primary focus as Vice President of Stratus is partner communications, land acquisition and liquidation, as well as commercial projects. Christian is also responsible for communication with public home builders, ensuring they are provided everything required to begin development.
A true Colorado native, Roger’s career in land development began in 1980 in Denver working as a staff engineer for a civil engineering firm focused on residential design. Since leaving the engineering field in 1996, Roger has worked with several national and smaller, local home builders, perfecting their acquisition, entitlements and development programs. Roger’s expertise also includes working with local development companies to bring properties to market for sale to the home builder community. Mr. Hollard is a past president of the Denver Home Builder’s Association and is currently active in the Local and State HBA governmental affairs and political action committees. In addition to his work in acquisition, entitlement and development, Mr. Hollard has extensive knowledge regarding oil and gas policies, water rights and metropolitan district structures.
